Oklahoma Pest Action Council (OPAC)

The Oklahoma Pest Action Council (OPAC) serves as an advisory and planning group aimed at addressing invasive issues in the state of Oklahoma. OPAC meets quarterly and its members consist of state and federal employees, university professors, and industry professionals. One of the main roles of OPAC is to create action plans for possible invasive pest outbreaks. The most recently created action plan is for the Emerald Ash Borer.
